Randy and his wife Leann joined the church in 2003 after their marriage. Randy started working with the youth in 2008 and after being called to the ministry in 2016, he came on staff as associate pastor and youth minister.
He has a bi-vocational certificate from Clear Creek Baptist Bible College.
Randy became senior pastor at Pilot Knob in October 2023. Randy and Leann have 3 children.

We are a member of the Tates Creek Baptist Association (TCBA), a local association of Southern Baptist Churches serving in the Madison and Garrard County region. Brother Greg Lakes, who served as pastor at Pilot Knob Baptist Church for 13 years, is now the Association Mission Strategist for the TCBA.
